Class 411 "Venturio" tilting ICE trains were manufactured by a conortium of DWA, Siemens, DUEWAG and Fiat Ferroviaria, all in their strong areas. DWA (now part of  Bombardier) supplied the end coaches, DUEWAG (now belonging to Siemens) supplied the moddle coaches, while Siemens concentrated on the electricity and Fiat Ferroviaria (now merged to Alstom) supplied the bogies which include the tilting mechanism.

      notes: unit 411-06 middle cars were damaged in fire in 2004 and
      the end cars are currently used as replacement for other units.
